Delivery methods

There are 2 different delivery methods: Local mail, Courier or pick up at FUJI Customer Service Center, selected Fotomax shops* or FUJIFILM STUDIO.

The following are the precautions for each method:

Local Mail or courier is only available within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. All purchased FUJIFILM products will be delivered to the delivery address through Local Registered Parcel by Hong Kong Post or designated courier company.

Customers need to log-in to thier FUJIFILM eShop account at FUJI Customer Service Center, selected Fotomax shops* or FUJIFILM STUDIO in order to pick up the product.

To protect the rights and interests, e-shop member must present the confirmed order email for verification; otherwise the request will not be entertained.
