Ordering Process
Q1. Is it safe to shop at www.fujifilmshop.com.hk?

If you pay by credit card, you will be navigated to ‘Asia Pay’ which is a platform with safety certificate to continue the transaction. All credit card information will be processed by 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption (an online security standard for commercial application) to protect our users’ data from unauthorized access.

Note: All credit card information will not be processed or saved at www.fujifilmshop.com.hk server.

Q2. What should I do if I close the payment window accidently when processing the credit card payment?
If you have already sent out the credit card information, please check the order status that is displayed at ‘Order Record’. If it is shown as ‘Success’, it means the payment is successful and the order is under process. If it does not show up at ‘Order Record’, it means the order is cancelled and no fee will be charged. If there is any question to the order payment, we suggest you should contact the credit card issuing bank or the organization directly. In addition, you are welcome to contact the customer service hotline at 2406-3216 within our working hours.

Q3. What should I do if there is no response after I wait for a long time at the payment window?

The transaction may not success if your payment window has no response for a long time. The payment platform - ‘Asia Pay’ and bank are responsible for the whole payment progress, we suggest you should contact the credit card issuier bank or the organization to require directly. Of cause, you are also welcome to contact the customer service hotline at 2406-3216 within our working hours. In addition, you can check the order status at 'Order Record' for detail.

Q4. How can I check my order record?

Just simply log-in to your personal account at www.fujifilmshop.com.hk, you can check the personal order record and transaction status at 'Order Record'.

Pick-up
Q1 Can I authorize others to pick up?

e-shop member can authorize other person to pick up the product, this person must present the following four documents for verification otherwise the request will not be entertained.

                i.          A copy of the confirmed order email;

               ii.          A copy of Hong Kong identity card or passport of the e-shop member;

             iii.          Identity document of the authorized person;

             iv.          A copy of the credit card used on the online purchase

Q2 Can I refund or exchange the products?

Customer can exchange the damaged products at FUJI Customer Service Centre within 7 days after received the product.

Customers can EXCHANGE THE SAME PRODUCT ONLY, OTHER PRODUCT WITH THE SAME VALUE IS NOT ALLOWED. Please contact the FUJI Customer Service Centre hotline at 2406-3216 within the working hours BEFORE you exchange the product.

 

We apologize that cash refund is NOT available.

You can click ‘Forget Password’ at ‘Member Log-in’ from the main page, then press ‘Send’. We will send the password to your registered email address.
